Sixty-eight photographed pieces running $5.41 to $6.19 — the longest reviewed stretch of the series so far. Eleven numbers in the span (558–560, 570, 575–576, 578–579, 616–618) have no photographed listings and no pages.

The speckled openers (541–548, 561–564, 573). Pale greige vessels peppered with dark sand-like specks, built in blocky shapes — cubes, blocks, collared jars, 564’s turret with a window in its wall. Most carry their numbers incised on little raised base pads. 563 interrupts the run with the catalog’s first sentence: a flat plaque hand-lettered Just a dream.

The dark silvered run (549–557). Near-black crusted cups, blocks, and boxes with silvery patches weathering their walls — 556 banded like a hull, rust above and silver below. 549 and 553 hold milky and silvery glossy pools in their dark floors.

The rock pots (565–572). Boulder, crater, mountain, rose, crag, and stump — dark lava-crusted forms at plum scale, 567 photographed on its plinth like a summit, 568 and 569 folding like two dark roses.

The soil-brown dishes (577–612, with interruptions). Coarse earth-brown dishes and plates — pressed-soil floors (588 makes the penny look small), pie-crust lobes (589), swirled and brushed floors (602, 609), and 600 marking the series’ exact $6.00 milestone with a mud-crack floor. The black crumpled trio 585587 and the glinting pair 591/592 cut through the run in matte black; the faceted rock-forms 590, 599, 603, and 606 give it its angles.

The pale-base closers (613–619). The exit ramp: 613 threads charcoal veins through bone-pale clay, then 614, 615, and 619 wear night-black over bare sand-buff bodies — the darkest surfaces in the batch, each hiding its palest face on the bottom.
