A flat, roughly rectangular slab, wider than tall, with irregular, torn-looking edges. The top surface is a uniform dark brown with horizontal brush-like striations and mottled darker patches. A patch of bare, lighter clay appears near the same left-side edge in both the side view and the underside view.
The underside is a uniform matte dark brown, nearly black, with “2351” handwritten in pale pigment near the center.
What marks the surface? Horizontal brush-like striations run across the dark brown top, broken by mottled darker patches. Piece 2351 of 10,000, listed at $23.51.
