A flat, roughly square slab with irregular, torn-looking edges. The top surface is dark black with a glossy sheen strongest toward the edges, crossed through the middle by a lighter gray-brown mottled band with horizontal streaking. A small dark glossy patch sits near the top-right corner, and strips of bare, unglazed clay show along the edges in both top views.
The underside is a uniform matte dark brown, nearly black, with “2350” handwritten in pale pigment near the center.
What crosses the middle of the slab? A lighter gray-brown band, mottled and streaked horizontally, set against the glossier black toward the edges. Piece 2350 of 10,000, listed at $23.50.
