The grey-streak idea carried one bowl further, and the last of the May-12 group. Charcoal streaks brushed down the outer wall answer more of the same radiating inside the pale well, over a footed cream form with a wavy torn rim — the brushwork now wrapping the whole bowl rather than sitting only in the center. The base carries “2209” handwritten.
Inside and out? Both — grey sweeps run down the wall and answer across the interior, the most fully brushed of the streaked bowls. Piece 2209 of 10,000, listed at $22.09.
