Bare grey sandy ceramic cup covered in leaf impressions with intact vein lines, piece 2108 of A Penny For Your Pottery.

The catalog’s leaf-print idiom returns on a cup: a bare grey, sand-rough barrel pressed all over with leaf impressions, vein lines intact where the blades sank in — the same botanical printing last seen on 1935 and 1967. A glossy white liner pours over the rim like 2103’s, throwing rings and a trimmed foot show through the bare body, and the base carries “2108” handwritten, blotted but legible.

How many leaves? The photos show overlapping impressions on every face — too interleaved to count, distinct enough that single veins can be followed edge to edge. Piece 2108 of 10,000, listed at $21.08.
