Sibling to 2071 in scale and bareness, but where that vessel wears a plum bruise, this one got the storm: splashed blue-black crusted zones break across the white gritty body, several with glossy cobalt pool centers — one at the rim-shoulder blooms crystalline — while thin blue vein lines wander the bare clay like rivers on a map. The rim tears and waves. Six photos chase the blue around the pot; none of them say what the blue is, and neither will this page.
