The dark run’s strangest silhouette: a handbuilt vessel in near-black clay whose rim sweeps up into two horns, like a swallow’s tail caught mid-turn. The body carries a wet-looking tar-like sheen with amber sandy patches breaking through, and a few small amber glossy spots sit along the rim notches — described here, not tagged. Its five photos carry a real capture date, October 25, 2025; none of them shows the base. The store’s own tags call it black clay and a vase.
What’s with the two points on the rim? The rim rises into two horn-like peaks on opposite sides — the photos show the shape clearly from both faces, and one hand-held shot shows it in the palm. Piece 1844 of 10,000, listed at $18.44.
