Why does the handle have beads on it? Two reviewed cups carry pulled handles whose spines are studded with dark glossy beads or nubs — a row of them riding the arc of 2006’s pierced handle, and glossy blobs seated at 2020’s knotted handle joins. The effect reads like rivets, or dew on a stem.
