A red-brown pot in two textures: a smooth, rounded lower body and a deeply crusted, crumbly upper half, the torn rim opening to a pale-streaked interior. Handbuilt, photographed on the workshop table.
Why two textures on one wall? The lower body was smoothed and the crown left crusted — a smooth foot wearing a crumbling crown, exactly as photographed. Piece 1,658 of 10,000, listed at $16.58.
