Third of the stony cups, split in two registers: a milky grey-white glaze covers the upper two-thirds, then stops, leaving the lower third bare grey-tan clay ribbed with fine horizontal striations. One white drip escaped the boundary and ran down the bare zone, ending in a perfect rounded blob just above the foot. A crawl-crack patch marks the mid-flank; the base disc shows concentric ring grooves and “2120” handwritten in dark ink.
Where does the eye go? To the drip — one glossy line down the dry clay, stopped mid-fall with its bead still attached. Piece 2120 of 10,000, listed at $21.20.
